Navigating life with ill health can feel like a lonely and desperate journey. Chronic ill health nearly always impacts our energy levels and our quality of life. Trying to improve our health, energy and quality of life can feel incredibly difficult even if we know what to do. If we don't it can feel virtually impossible. The good news is that it doesn't have to be this way.
What is often missing is two things;
1. Access to a compassionate and clinically skilled practitioner who's role is to be a sounding board, so we can start to figure out the deeper roots of our ill health, navigate the limits of the traditional health system and connect with reputable, trustworthy alternative options.
2. A psychotherapeutic guide, who not only works directly with any emotional roots and stress burdens but knows how they exacerbate physical symptoms.
I have spent the last decade doing exactly this for those with multiple complex chronic conditions and I strongly believe that no one needs to struggle with this alone.
Finally, if you are caring for, or in relationship with, someone who is chronically ill the burden can be huge too so I also provide carer support sessions where you and your needs are the focus.
Since health, like electricity, depends on the condition of the systems that generate it and use it, I call myself a body electrician as I am to help you improve those systems.
In reality, I have a number of different clinical qualifications that allow me to bridge the gap between mind and body approaches to health.
